Low Stock Items Grid
(Improved Feature)

Quickly and easily access an at-a-glance view of all items that are running low or need to be reordered via the low stock items grid. It's an easy way to identify which of your items require immediate attention through a re-order or a move/transfer from one site to another. You can even view items by site or preferred vendors.

Order Tab
(New Feature)

View all open orders for each inventoried item, including purchase orders and pick orders, from the order tab. If for some reason you need to review the history of an item, there’s also an option to view closed orders.

Assign Pick Orders and Purchase Orders to a Specific Site
(Improved Feature)

Enjoy full control with the ability to assign pick orders and purchase orders to specific sites. You can also limit which open orders each employee views to ensure the orders that belong at a certain site, stay at the site.

Transaction History Grid
(Improved Feature)

View every action you (or anyone else) has ever taken on any of your inventoried items via the transaction history grid. Easily hover over columns to view notes or signatures, or print/reprint receipts or labels for any of your inventoried items with a single click. Full transparency and accountability all in one screen.

Expired Date Code Report
(New Feature)

InventoryCloud includes an Expired Date Code Report that you can easily run to view all of the expired items in your inventory. You can also specify how many days prior to an item’s expiration date you would like to receive notifications in the system to avoid running out of an item critical to your business.
